On the area of over 13 ha are six grocery warehouses and two halls for sale of agricultural products.
There is also one hall with wide range of high quality fruits. Other warehouses are filled with meat, dairy products, sweets, drinks, salads and other groceries items.

The usable area includes over 500 trade stalls and stands with standard space of 24m2 that are rented to over 160 traders from food sector and fruit and vegetable sector.
Most of them use more than one standard trade stand.
Trade buildings and warehouses occupy over 3 ha of the marketplace.
